About Us

St Mary’s Isle Estate is a delightful family-owned country Estate near Kirkcudbright, South West Scotland.  It has been in the Hope-Dunbar family for over 300 years. 

My wife & I have returned home to Dumfries and Galloway with my young family at the centre of everything we are looking to achieve, . 

We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by nature and have stunning sea views across the Dee Estuary, Solway Coast, and far reaching views of the Isle of Man and the Lake District.

 As the current guardians of the Estate, we believe in the countryside, the fresh air and nature that is all around us.
